Oops..She REALLY did it this time!

The pop princess that is noted for her school girl outfit, and hit singles such as "Oops..I did it again" and "Toxic" has hit rock bottom.

Britney Spears walked into a salon and asked the salon owner, Esther Tognozzi to shave off all her hair. When Tognozzi declined and asked her if she was just having a bad day, Spears replied by graping the electric razor and cutting her hair off herself.

With her new do, Spears then went to San Fernando Valley tattoo parlor to make a mark on her wrist- a pair of red and pink lips. Spears also has a tattoo on the back of her neck.

It is also noted that the pop-singer checked into rehab and a day later checked herself out...TWICE! Although, their are no reports on which rehab it is and nobody is talking.

Her family is trying to help Brit understand that she is in need of help. But it is said that Britney is most worried about what her mother thinks of her new style, of being a bald women with a new tat.

This is a typical tread we are now seeing with people in the spot light. As young actors or singers grow; the media bombards them with rumors or cameras in their faces and they start to crumble under the pressure. They try to differ from the norm and it doesn't work out, so they resort to drug and alcohol addiction. We can not point fingers at Britney Spears because of this, it has been a wild year for her in the media and how she deals with the pressure is up to her. Whether it is the moral thing to do or not.

As I look forward tomorrow to hauling my ladder out of the garage so that I may climb up to my porch roof and shovel more snow off its flat surface, I am having a strenuous mental workout trying to muster any feelings of sympathy for Ms. Spears' predicament. She's one more celebrity feeling sorry for herself.

I don't blame the media for her woes. The media launched her career, enabling her to earn millions of dollars to support her pampered existence. She has two healthy children, millions in the bank, and if she so chooses, doesn't have to work another day in her life, not to mention shovel snow off a porch roof. Where's the gratitude for such privileged circumstances? Brittney has lost perspective.

Instead of rehab, Brittney should be sentenced to live an ordinary life for six months. Take away the nannies, the personal chef, the expensive digs. Let her live paycheck to paycheck like many working single moms. Let her experience the joy of dropping her two boys off at daycare while they cry and scream over her abandonment. Then after enduring another exhausting mind-numbing day at work, she’ll pick them up in the late afternoon, buy food at the grocery store, and go home to cook while entertaining her children. I guarantee that at the end of the day, Brittney won't be dialing Paris Hilton’s number. Instead of traipsing around town sans underwear, she’ll be home washing it and other various items, including the toilet bowl, the tub and the kitchen sink.

The spoiled antics of the past few weeks prove that Ms. Spears needs a reality check. She should be grateful for her two healthy boys, the millions in her bank account, her youth, beauty, and singing talent. Personally, I wish the media would stop covering her. As Oscar Wilde said, the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about.

I really do feel bad for young celebrities nowadays. The media is all over them and it is no wonder why they are all crumbling. It is so hard to be a teenager these days. With pressure to fit in, be thin, and wear the right cloths. Could you imagine doing it in the spot light? No thanks! Good Blog!

This was a really great blog. I agree with you completely. I feel a lot of sympathy towards Brittany Spears because of all the criticism she has faced during her career. I can't imagine being phogographed 24/7, and having rumors spread about me all over the media constantly. Also, I think there should be some sort of law prohibiting paparazzi from photographing celebrities without their consent, but I guess there's no way of doing that. I felt really bad when everyone criticized her for being a bad mother because of the rumors and photographs- that's really unfair and no one deserves that treatment. Very cool blog : )
